There are two standardized barrier trailer kits. The smallest trailer system contains a total of 36 individual units of Pitagone F18 Mobile Vehicle Barriers, which covers an estimated 72 linear feet of coverage. The larger trailer system contains a total of 52 individual units of Pitagone F18 Mobile vehicle Barriers, which covers an estimated 104 linear feet of coverage. We are able to build customized trailer kits to meet your specific requirements.

There are two considerations with owning Pitagone F18 barriers: Storage and Transportation. With our barrier trailer kits, the barriers are stored in sections of 3 across multiple rows, to allow for rapid installation and removal instead of connecting the barriers one by one. It also eliminates the need for storage boxes and the use of any equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, which expedites the road closure process.

You simply attach the trailer to your vehicle, drive to the intersections and deploy the barriers with no tools. Once the event has concluded, the barriers will be rolled back into the trailer and dropped off at your storage location ready for the next event.

Most towns or events require multi-agency planning for road closures with Public Works, Fire Department and Police Departments. If you're using non-crash rated water filled barricades, this requires Public Works to drop off the barricades, then the Fire Department has to fill them up with water. After the event, the Fire Department needs to drain the water then coordinate with Public Works to collect the barricades.
